When the owners of Raffball approached us in late 2019 with a build for an online Prize website, we instantly new that we had our work cut out for us. Due to time constraints, we were told that a build needed be pushed out ASAP, so we had very little in the way of preparation time. We knew what we wanted to do, and the challenges we would face. Raffball wanted a fully functioning, completely automated system that would take care of itself, while also being easy to use from an Admin point of view. There was also the question of ticket timers, expiry dates, load balancing and cart fragmentation issues that would arise from multiple people perhaps buying the exact same ticket at the same time for a specific prize, and how to determine who purchased the ticket first.
Burclea got the entire site built and ready for launch within 3 week, which included setting up social media accounts, marketing campaigns and payment gateways. Overall the site has been a real success and grown exponentially quickly with the user base.
